Assassin’s Creed II was developed by Ubisoft Montreal and Released in November 2009. It is an action-adventure video game. It is a direct sequel to the original 2007 game and major installment in the Assassin’s Creed series. The story follows the journey of a young nobleman in Renaissance Italy named Ezio Auditore da Firenze and to avenge the death of his family becomes an Assassin. The narrative is defined by the modern-day protagonist Desmond Miles who relives Ezio’s memories using a machine called Animus.
An expanded open-world environment, day-night cycles and enhanced parkour movement across rooftops and buildings are the key features. A broad variety of missions beyond the main story like side quests, puzzles and hidden collectibles are also introduced by the game. Players can use stealth tactics, upgrade armor and weapons or engage in direct combat with a different variety of tools like smoke bombs and poison blades. Players can earn and spend money on art, gear and city upgrades due to the economy system.
